Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website is operated by Ai Houston Production LLC doing business as Ai Houston Production (“we”, “us”). Our site: https://www.ai-htx.com/. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. General project inquiries may also use [email protected].
Meta Business Manager: Submit Business Manager / Meta business verification requests only from [email protected] to reduce manual review and document requests. Using a personal @gmail.com address for the same organization materially increases review friction.
What data we collect
- Contact & briefs: Name, company, phone, email, project details, and language preference when you submit forms (e.g. brief, quiz, contact).
- Callback & chat: Phone number and messages you send through the callback widget or on-site chat; scheduling fields if you book a call.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate location derived by standard web hosting / CDN logs (Cloudflare).
- Cookies & similar tech: Essential cookies for site operation; third-party scripts (e.g. fonts, analytics if enabled) may set their own cookies according to their policies.
How we use data
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver services, and operate client projects.
- To secure the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims.
- When you engage us for advertising services, to configure and manage campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google in accordance with your instructions and those platforms’ terms.
Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract (taking steps at your request before a contract), legitimate interests (operating and securing our business, unless overridden by your rights), and consent where required (e.g. certain marketing cookies).
Sharing & processors
We share data with service providers who assist us—for example: website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), email and productivity tools, automation (e.g. n8n), customer messaging, and advertising platforms when you ask us to run ads. Those providers process data under agreements and only for defined purposes.
Retention
We keep contact and project data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, then archive or delete it unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs (e.g. accounting, disputes).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. California residents may request disclosure or deletion under the CCPA/CPRA where applicable; we do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our processors operate.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be announced on this page or by email where appropriate.
Registered business contact (match formation documents)
The registered office address and main business telephone number shown on our public Contacts page are kept consistent with the company’s Certificate of Formation and related filings. If you are preparing Meta or Google verification, use exactly those details.
